Mediated Settlement Meeting (MSM)
Four hour MSM:
£375 + VAT per party
Preparation time: Included in above rates
Travel time: Included in above rates
Travel expenses: 45p per mile or economy rail travel at cost.
Travel costs will be divided equally between the parties
Additional hours if requested by the parties £95 + VAT per party
Three party case:
£375 + VAT per party
Includes 4 hours of mediation
Additional hours if requested by the parties £70.00 + VAT per party
All fees need to be paid in advance of the mediation commencing.
I am a supporter of the Solicitors Pro Bono Group. Each year I commit to undertake a number of mediations for local organisations and charities either free of charge or at a discounted rate, if the parties are genuinely in financial difficulty.
It is always worth having a chat about a matter. If I can’t help, I may know someone who can.
I am happy to conduct mediations remotely via Zoom/Teams if the parties agree to do so.
